You bill once and the relationship ends
You deliver the documentation, get paid for the project, and disappear until the next audit. Your business depends on closing new clients every single month.
Turn every implementation into a recurring monthly commission. Implement 8× faster with pre-built templates by standard. Stand out from the competition with a professional SaaS platform — without building it yourself.
We talked to hundreds of ISO consultants. These are the six pains that come up again and again — the ones ISOTracks was built to solve.
You deliver the documentation, get paid for the project, and disappear until the next audit. Your business depends on closing new clients every single month.
You implement everything, train the team, hand over the folders — and halfway through the year the system is forgotten. When you return for recertification, you're nearly starting over.
Someone out there charges a fraction of what you're worth because they hand over a Word doc with the standard copy-pasted in. Without a clear differentiator, you're stuck fighting on price.
Your templates live in your personal Drive. Every new client means replicating, adapting, wrestling with versions. It doesn't scale.
How is client A progressing? Whose document is about to expire? What am I actually billing across my projects? It all lives in your head and loose spreadsheets.
Word, Excel and folders read as a cheap deliverable. Without a platform that anchors your value, you're replaceable by the CEO's nephew.
This isn't a cosmetic change. It's a new business model for your consulting practice — and the ones who join first capture the most portfolio.
Every client you bring to ISOTracks pays a monthly subscription — and you get a recurring commission every month the client stays active. Your portfolio grows like an annuity, not like one more invoice.
Every standard ships with its own library of procedures, forms, matrices, records and plans. You adapt instead of writing from scratch. What used to take 3 months now takes 3 weeks — and you still bill the client the same.
You show up with a SaaS platform, not a Word doc. The client sees something tangible, modern, defensible to senior management. You go from "just another consultant" to "the consultant with technology" — and that's worth more per hour.
A dedicated dashboard showing which clients are active, their implementation level, upcoming audits, expiring documents, and your accumulated commission for the month. Visible operation, no spreadsheets.
Your logo in your clients' portal. Sales material ready to use (decks, proposals, case studies). Initial training and implementation support so you start on solid ground.
When the client operates in ISOTracks every day, they don't abandon the system. That means renewals, expansions, recertifications — and continuous-improvement consulting you keep billing for.
No surprises, no fine print. This is exactly the flow every consultant follows when they join the partner program.
Request access via the form. We validate your profile: experience, standards you implement, industries you serve. Response within 24 business hours.
A 90-minute session with the partner team. We hand over the portal, sales material, templates by standard and the fast-implementation methodology.
Every client you bring to ISOTracks is assigned to your portfolio. You configure their system, import their existing documentation, and go live within weeks.
As long as your client keeps their subscription active, you receive a recurring commission. No client cap. No commission expiry. No extra paperwork.
Your active-client base becomes a predictable asset. You serve more clients with less administrative overhead. You focus on what matters: strategy and continuous improvement.
A simple, transparent two-generation program: a direct commission always goes to whoever brings the client, plus an additional override for whoever referred the consultant who brought them.
You earn a direct commission on every client you bring to ISOTracks yourself — recurring, month after month, for as long as the client stays active.
If you refer another consultant and they bring their own clients, you earn an additional override on that billing — without taking anything away from what they earn.
The override is paid on real billing, never for the simple act of referring. If the consultant you referred doesn't bring in clients, you earn nothing from that referral — and the scheme stops there, there are no further levels.
Eight dimensions of the consulting business, side by side. The green column is what changes the day you join the program.
The difference isn't the tool — it's the business model the tool enables.
Three real practices, three different specialties, one same recurring-revenue model.
I used to implement the system, hand over the folders, and the client would abandon it within six months. With ISOTracks the system stays alive, my commissions keep coming in, and the client keeps calling me. My monthly recurring income today matches what I used to bill per project.
I work with automotive plants that need APQP, PPAP, control plans and FMEA connected together. It used to be a nightmare keeping everything in sync across formats. Today I manage 14 clients and the automotive module saves me half the project.
The food module with HACCP, CCP, PRPs and traceability lets me compete against big firms. My clients see a serious tool, I charge a premium rate, and the recurring commission gives me a stability consulting never had before.

Every client you bring in and keep active on the platform generates a monthly commission assigned to your portfolio. The commission continues as long as the client keeps their ISOTracks subscription. No expiry, no client cap, no monthly paperwork. Administration is automatic and payout is monthly.
We look for consultants with proven experience implementing ISO systems — not necessarily lead-auditor certification, but real track record. We validate your profile, the standards you handle and the industries you serve. Onboarding is tailored to your profile.
Absolutely. The subscription commission is on top of what you already charge for your consulting work. Many partners sell the implementation at their usual rate and add the monthly commission as passive income on top.
The commercial relationship with ISOTracks is transparent: your client signs their own contract with ISOTracks for their monthly subscription. Your commission comes from that payment — it's not an extra cost to the client. You can disclose it or not, depending on your own practice.
Your commission for that client ends when their subscription ends. That's exactly why the live-implementation methodology pays off: when the client operates the system every day, they don't cancel. Average retention on the platform is over 12 months.
There's no limit. Some partners manage 5 very large clients, others manage 30 small businesses. The platform scales with you, and the consultant portal keeps you from losing visibility as you grow.
The program isn't exclusive by territory or sector. Different consultants can have clients in the same region or industry. We do offer preferred referrals to partners with a strong retention and client-satisfaction track record.
Clients you bring in stay assigned to your portfolio. ISOTracks doesn't run parallel sales to your clients or take them from you. If your client refers you to another company, that new company also stays in your portfolio.
Access to a dedicated partner channel, initial training, up-to-date sales material (decks, proposals, case studies), technical support for complex implementations, and quarterly product and standards update meetings.
